Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. We have a cancellation policy in line with the SA Consumer Protection Act in our Advertiser Terms and Conditions page.
I have branches of my business in locations around SA, do I have to get a listing for each?
No. You can list all your locations on one page, however your location pin will show your head or main branch or office only. Please contact us directly if you wish to list all of your national branches separately.
How do I add business content and images to my page?
Log into your customer portal and click on the 'add my page content' button to add content and details. We will be notified and make the adjustments.
What if I don't have any photographs of my business or product on hand?
With your permission, we will be able to extract and utilise any images off your social media pages. We want your business to shine, so our expert design team will pick out the pictures that spotlight your business.
Will you help me describe my service or product for my page?
Copy is important in promoting your business. Submit your business description in the 'add my content' page. If you need help, we have the tools and writing skills to edit it.
Do you send leads?
No. Leads are generated with a direct link on to your sales contact. Please ensure that your details are correct.
Do you share any personal information?
No. According to SA's Protection of Personal Information Act, we do not sell or share any personal information of our advertisers.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We utilise a trusted and established third party payment platform Yoco Online payments for secure online transactions.
